FM Infinity is an enterprise-grade facility management platform built for industry veterans who needed a robust, highly interconnected system to streamline complex operations across multiple sites and stakeholders.

What started in 2019 as a greenfield development project has evolved into a 6+ year strategic partnership. We serve as Wisebounds end-to-end digital solutions partner handling full-stack design, architecture, development, and continuous feature evolution of this data-intensive application.

Frameart, a premier photo framing company in Dubai, approached us while facing a digital crisis. Their existing website, managed by an unresponsive third-party vendor, suffered from frequent, unexplained downtimes that were causing a tangible drop in online revenue. The client had zero autonomy; even minor content changes required a lengthy back-and-forth with the vendor.

Adding to the complexity, the client discovered their previous site design had been plagiarized from Pickframes - a market-leading platform our agency had previously developed. Realizing the difference in quality and stability, Frameart sought out the original architects to fix their infrastructure. As the previous vendor withheld the project files, we had to start from zero.

The Solution We conducted a thorough forensic analysis of the business requirements and initiated a complete rebuild from scratch, focusing on stability and a superior UI/UX.

Challenge: The founders needed a full-stack HR platform from scratch, including web and mobile access, to realize their dream. They required a scalable system for core HR functions with seamless cross-platform availability to serve users on desktops and mobiles.

Solution: We delivered an end-to-end custom HR management system. The web frontend was built with AngularJS for a robust, dynamic user interface.
