Originality.AI, operating globally in the AI Checker and Plagiarism industry, aimed to boost revenue by increasing purchases for its service.

Challenges:

Commencing our cooperation in January 2023, our primary strategy involved Google Ads campaigns to meet this objective.

Solution:

Given Originality.AI’s service payment model post sign-up and absence of a trial, we optimized campaigns for purchases rather than sign-ups.

Our approach included:

1. Campaign Types

We organized the account as follows:

• General Search: For AI or plagiarism checks.
• Brand Search: To counter competitors targeting Originality.AI keywords.
• Competitors Search: To capture traffic from competitors' high-converting keywords.

2. Bidding Strategy

We tested different bidding strategies:

• Started with manual bids.
• Switched to Maximum Clicks.
• Finally, moved to Maximum Conversions after ensuring proper conversion tracking and data collection.

3. Keywords

Used many AI-related keywords starting January 2023. Continuously broadened the keyword range in General Search campaigns.

4. Banners, Ad Copy

Updated ad text and banners throughout the year to highlight unique features and grab attention with fresh visuals.

5. Landing Page Optimization

Used Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior and recommended interface changes to improve the user experience.

6. Gradual Budget Scaling

Slowly increased budgets as campaigns performed well to maximize ROI.

Results:

When we compare the initial six months of 2023 with the following six months, we observed a 210% increase in the conversion rate (CR), a 193% rise in the number of clicks, and a 100% increase in the number of purchases.

Uppbeat is a pioneering, free music platform for YouTubers and content creators that guarantees no YouTube copyright issues or demonetization of content.

Uppbeat was a brand-new platform that needed to inform the multi-million and competitive market of video content creators about their service and create a base of regular users of the platform.

Solution:

At the Growth Stage

• Divided keywords by Uppbeat services and launched campaigns for new locations monthly, managing cost per acquisition and meeting KPIs.

RecMan is a leading recruitment SaaS company that has helped more than 1000+ enterprise-level companies efficiently manage large workforces since their launch in 2013.

The primary challenge we met right away were the substantial PPC advertisement costs. Our focus within the RecMan’s Google Ads account was to optimize ad expenses, reduce cost per conversion, and hit a predefined target MQLs and CPL. This required the development of a comprehensive PPC strategy, involving the reconstruction of Google Ads campaigns, exploration of additional platforms like LinkedIn, and ongoing optimizations to ensure sustained effectiveness.

Solution:

We began by analyzing the Google Ads account and swiftly implemented adjustments to help the client optimize their ad spending. These first fixes helped us significantly reduce CPA by 68% within a month, making it nearly 3 times more cost-effective.

Conversion tracking and Audience set up

Before we proceed with any campaign set up, the most important step is to ensure the correct conversion tracking and to create the necessary remarketing audiences, which we focused on right away.

Rebuilding the Google Ads campaigns with targeted localization in multiple languages

Then we moved to the reconstruction of Google Ads campaigns. Extensive keyword research across different languages ensured precise targeting. Collaborating with the RecMan team, we were able to craft compelling ads in multiple local languages. As a result, we had a separate campaign for each language, region, and intent, providing robust control over each aspect.

A/B testing

We have conducted numerous A/B tests throughout the collaboration to determine the most effective automatic strategy for each campaign. Recognizing the dynamic nature of their effectiveness, these tests were integral to the overall progress.

Data-driven Optimization

We emphasized constant attention to performance of each part of the campaign, such as keywords, locations, ad texts, and devices.

Detailed weekly analysis led not only to the achievement of initial target MQLs and CPL and KPIs but to a consistent overachievement. Creating negative keyword lists, refining keywords, segmentation, and launching new campaign types were also pivotal in sustaining success.

Expanding to LinkedIn Ads and Increasing High-Quality leads

After several months of cooperation, we also suggested to the client the inclusion of LinkedIn as an additional platform, aiming to diversify paid advertising sources and leverage the unique targeting capabilities it offers. Through meticulously crafted audiences, visually appealing banners and videos, and effective collaboration with the RecMan team, we quickly achieved impressive results.

Utilizing LinkedIn helped us generate MQLs at half the cost compared to Google, allowing us to achieve almost a 50% increase in the overall MQL count in the second month (October 2023) after incorporating this platform.

Results:

In summary, Aimers’ strategic PPC approach yielded substantial benefits for RecMan. The comprehensive strategy, coupled with A/B testing, and attentive data-driven optimizations, resulted in a 65% reduction in CPA, as well as an increase in the number of qualified leads.

PB Services, a company based in Georgia, offers comprehensive support to private individuals and legal entities across governmental, banking, tax, legal, and real estate services.

The main goal was to optimize the client’s existing Google Ads account to create a profitable lead generation channel that would grow conversions and drive more form submissions and Calendly bookings.

Solution:

Challenge #1: Set up correct conversion tracking for Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts

Solution: The PB services website has many forms that require proper tracking. We made sure to configure macro and micro conversion goals for each form so that we can measure the effectiveness of the website.

Challenge #2: Reach both Russian and English-speaking audiences

Solution: We researched and created a list of keywords in two languages based on their search volume in different regions. We created ads in both languages, grouping them by best practices to ensure relevance and quality. We divided ad groups by language and services, and ran A/B tests on multiple ad copies to find the best performers.

Challenge #3: Expand geographic reach and test different target locations

Solution: To better manage bids and costs, we tested different target locations in separate ad campaigns. By analyzing statistics and client feedback on lead quality, we refined the list of countries, excluding those driving irrelevant traffic.

Results:

Over the past 12 months, the conversions grew by +119,5% while the cost per conversion decreased by 36,3%. As a result, we built a trusting relationship with the client. And we were provided the opportunity to increase the monthly PPC budget.
