About the Client

A creative game studio dedicated to building entertaining and accessible mobile games. With a strong focus on delivering unique gameplay experiences, They were exploring ways to enhance both player engagement and business sustainability.

The Challenge

For their newest project, a fast-paced, tower defense game. The client needed to establish a monetization framework and fix the core loop. The game launched without any revenue model in place, meaning there were no in-app purchases or ads to generate income. The challenge was to design and implement monetization features that could convert player activity into revenue while keeping the overall experience fun and uninterrupted.

Creating Player-Friendly Monetization

We designed a system that integrated visual effects, sound, character animations, and environments to make progression feel rewarding. By aligning monetization with natural player milestones, we created revenue opportunities that enhanced achievement and supported long-term retention.

Results

The monetization framework built by RGS gave a direct revenue stream. Rewarded ads increased engagement, while the ui, VFX, and SFX improvements significantly boosted player progression. The balanced economy supported repeat play and consistent revenue growth.

Key outcomes included:

About the Client

The client was passionate about immersive VR experiences, wanting to create an experimental VR game mechanic centered around freeform cube manipulation, where players could snap, detach, and rearrange cubes with ease.

The Challenge

The goal was to have magnet-like cubes that could connect and disconnect freely. We had to:

• -Handle smooth cube-to-cube interactions.

• -Simulate a “magnetic” feel for attaching and detaching.

• -Manage interactions of cube groups as they formed new shapes.

About the Client

An aviation enthusiast wanted to bring his vision of a realistic Microsoft Flight Simulator scenery to life. Flight simulation was a personal passion project he took on, but facing technical hurdles and a tight personal deadline, he turned to Ropstam Game Studio to achieve his goal.

The client wanted a realistic 3D map that could be used within MSFS, made in a short timeline. The challenge was to build and implement a high-quality 3D Model on MSFS in a way that ensured accuracy, usability, and an immersive experience while meeting a tight delivery deadline.
