Its recruitment product suite is powering 150+ recruiters handling 1000+ open positions and 10000+ candidates each week. The product suite is modular, flexible, scalable and secure to be used by any small to medium-sized company for its end-to-end HR function starting with recruitment, onboarding and employee life cycle management to payroll and performance management. The focus has been on the end-user i.e. the employee, line manager and various role-holders in the HR department. The idea is to provide quick, easy and accurate access to information based on the role of the user. And at the same time, provide accurate and fast processing of data in compliance with the laws of the land all the time.
