HBM was founded by Ukrainian technology leaders with strong Nordic delivery DNA. Our CEO, Olga Mendzebrovska, brings over 17 years in IT, including 12 years heading People and Operations at Itera. Board member Igor Mendzebrovski co-founded SoftServe, grew it into a leading Eastern European tech company, and at Itera, he led global operations while also founding the IT Association of Ukraine to enhance tech education and talent. Other our team leaders bring 16+ years of shared experience in product management, software delivery, DevSecOps, and infrastructure implementation.
