We have extensive hands-on experience in scaling sales operations and understand the challenges involved. Throughout our years in the Go-to-Market space, we’ve helped build sales teams across multiple high-growth organizations. One key lesson we’ve learned is that the primary barrier to growth for most tech companies is their inability to consistently generate a predictable pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities. We've come to realize that the most effective way to drive growth is by providing high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to generate that pipeline. This insight led to the founding of Delta-v in 2020 in Cape Town, South Africa, as a specialist outsourced sales development provider. We focus on helping expanding European SaaS and FinTech companies with teams of 50-500 employees. Given the complexity of designing, building, and managing enterprise sales teams, we’ve seen firsthand the operational burden this places on business leaders.
